The main speaker at this year's March was Lila Rose, the founder and president of Live Action, a human rights organisation dedicated to ending abortion and inspiring a culture that respects and protects life. She spoke about how her life was changed when she found a book about abortion at home at the age of nine and then how she went on to found LiveAction at the age of fifteen. She also spoke about how educating people on the reality of what an abortion is as well as exposing the lies of the abortion industry can transform people's minds.
Catherine Adair, the second guest speaker, spoke about how she was pressurised to have an abortion at the age of nineteen. She said that after the abortion "in an effort to suppress what I had done to my child I became the most feminist pro choice activist." She later went on to work for Planned Parenthood where she had to assist in first and second trimester abortions but as time went on she could no longer deny what was going on in the abortion clinic. Also, she came to realise that "no one was in Planned Parenthood because of choice, they were there because they felt they had no choice".
